wenige Tage vor den Wahlen, unterzeichnete die Generalsekretärin der Rechtsdirektion für Vermögen und Lizenzen der Stadt Tirana, Jonida Halili, unter dem Deckmantel des Gesetzes zur Nutzung öffentlichen Raums die Genehmigung zur Gewährung von rund 43.000 m² im Großen Park des künstlichen Sees von Tirana. Die Einebnung des Platzes und die Ausgrabung durch das Entfernen von Gras, Büschen und Bäumen stehen im Mittelpunkt der seit mehreren Tagen laufenden Arbeiten im Park. Dieses Umweltmassaker mitten in der einzigen verbliebenen Lunge Tiranas findet statt, weil Noizy am 31. Mai ein Konzert mit ausländischen DJs organisiert, an dem Tausende von Fans elektronischer Musik teilnehmen werden. Dieses ganze Umweltmassaker geschieht auf Kosten der Bürger Tiranas, nur um Rigels Rajku zu gefallen, der offenbar mit den großen Plätzen der Hauptstadt nicht zufrieden ist, sondern die Natur trotz der damit verbundenen Schäden liebt. Damit wiederholt sich die Geschichte auf die gleiche Weise wie mit dem berühmten Sonnenhügel von Dukagjin Lipa, dem Vater von Dua Lipa, der vom damaligen Bürgermeister Erion Veliaj, der heute auf Befehl der SPAK inhaftiert ist, als Nationalheld begrüßt wurde. Eine einfache Beobachtung auf Google Earth zeigt, dass das betreffende Gebiet im Update vom 9. April 2022 vollständig bewaldet war. Im Update vom 21. Oktober 2022, zwei Monate nach dem Dua-Lipa-Konzert, stellt man jedoch fest, dass das Gebiet seine grüne Farbe verloren hat. Im Update vom 7. Oktober 2023 wird eine kleine Veränderung bei der Rückkehr des Gebiets in den ursprünglichen Zustand festgestellt, ebenso wie im April 2024. Heute befinden wir uns in einer Situation, in der sogar die nach dem Dua-Lipa-Konzert mit den Steuern der Bürger Tiranas gepflanzten Bäume entwurzelt wurden, um Platz für Kies und Schotter, Bagger, Lastwagen und Walzen zu machen. Derzeit hat sich die Grünfläche im Great Lake Park von Tirana in eine Werkstatt für schwere Fahrzeuge verwandelt, die mit Baumaterialien vollgestopft sind, um das Gelände für die Montage von Gerüsten vorzubereiten, wodurch die Wände erodieren und die umliegende Flora und Fauna geschädigt werden.
